Hi All,
Well it wasn't a big loss this week but I was expecting that to happen sometime soon. So here are the results for this week.
Last Weeks Weight: 120.1 kgs
This Weeks Loss: 800 grams
Current Weight: 119.3 kgs
So there you all go. Not a big loss, but a loss is a loss. Hopefully next week will be better. I plan on shaking things around. I am going to get some low carb wraps and make lunch my main meal... at least at work I won't feel left out seeing all the girls chowing down some food! I'll have my shake at dinner, which will be hard considering my Mum is a brilliant cook! But I can do it!
