Hi All!
Well I have to say week two of CS is hard. The first week I was like "Yeah I can totally do this! No carbs! Woot!" And sure, I was over the moon with how much weight I have lost... but this week... ot was like people were purposely placing temptation around me. People eating chocolate, chips... then doing grocery shopping and bypassing my ultimate weakness - Cheese and Onion Smith Chips. And coke! My second week of no coke! I must be decaffined by now, for sure!
But despite people saying to me "One won't hurt you Coz" I remained strong. And I am proud of my self...
Anyway... I have more shopping tomorrow. And I am lucky to have lost the 5.3 otherwise I don't think I would fit into my new work shirts properly - which finally arrived today after waiting a good 2 months for them!
Anyway... thats all until my next weigh in.. ohhhh 3 sleeps away!
