No Loss But No Gain!

Hey All!

Well weighed in today and no loss. But on a plus, no gain! So as always I've found a silver lining! I believe I have become quite good at looking for the good things in life.

I plan on shifting around my diet. Make lunch my main once again. Despite finding good in everything, I do get impatient about my weight loss. I tend to get annoyed with little losses or no loss at all.

Mum asked me an interesting question on the Sunday just gone - could I lose weight without CS? Well, I did think about it, but I don't think I am strong enough yet to not give into temptation. Perhaps CS manages to get a hold over you to make you think you can't survive without it. At least until you hit the maintenance faze, but then, you still rely on CS for one meal. Is that for a lifetime? Bouncing from two shakes to one to maintain the body you dream of on a nightly basis?When you look at it, at least the Tony Ferguson diet have people who teach you how to maintain it, with CS, the Priceline people don't do that... I am not dragging down CS, I am grateful for it helping me lose 15 kilos... I just have these few concerns I am getting through in my mind.

Anyway, hopefully next week brings me a loss I am happy with!

Hi All

Hi!

Well, like I promised, here is my update.

Last weeks weight: 114.0 kgs
This Week's Loss: 1.4 kgs
Current Weight: 112.6 kgs

I am feeling extremely proud of myself and when I see that number I just think "Wow... soon I will crack that one hundred mark!" And hopefully I never, ever stumble over it again!

After the 21st

Hey All!

Okay, first off, let me apologize for my gap in updating!!! I'm slack, I know. So, when I last posted my weight was:

Last Published Weight: 120.2

So since the last post and now there has been nearly three weeks. My 21st birthday was on the 22nd of October with the party on the following Saturday. With so much going on both myself and my Mum didn't stick to the diet one hundred percent. Anyway... the party went well and the following last week I got straight back on to CS. So, let me tell you the results.

Weight Loss: 6.2
Current Weight: 114.0

I am happy with the results. I didn't lose the 6.2 in a week. That is continuing on from my bad week. Anyway, I promise to publish my posts more often!!!

Bad Weigh In....

Hey All,

Well this week was a bad weigh in. I pretty much gained 900 grams. I know why I gained. One: not a lot of exercise this week with the rain. Two: I didn't stick to the diet properly with a large Freddo Frog chocolate, can of coke, a vanilla thickshake on Saturday with take out for dinner that night. I guess all these things really do add up in the end.

This week I am making a change to my CS diet. I'll eat my main meal as lunch and see how that goes. Perhaps a change will make me want to fully stick to it and not give into the small weaknesses like I did last week.

Hopefully, next week I will have better news to share with you all...

Third Weigh In...

Hi All,

Well it wasn't a big loss this week but I was expecting that to happen sometime soon. So here are the results for this week.

Last Weeks Weight: 120.1 kgs
This Weeks Loss: 800 grams
Current Weight: 119.3 kgs

So there you all go. Not a big loss, but a loss is a loss. Hopefully next week will be better. I plan on shaking things around. I am going to get some low carb wraps and make lunch my main meal... at least at work I won't feel left out seeing all the girls chowing down some food! I'll have my shake at dinner, which will be hard considering my Mum is a brilliant cook! But I can do it!

Week 2 Weigh In

Hi All,

Well I would have posted this yesterday, but I had a pretty busy day... work and arrival of brandnew lap top. Lol.

Anyway, I am pleased with this weeks weightloss. Here are my results

Last Weeks Weight: 122.2 kgs
This Weeks Loss: 2.1 kgs
Weight now: 120.1 kgs

So, still going strong! Got to go! Dinner!
